    INGREDIENTS
    Chicken Rub:
    2 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    2 Tbsp onion powder
    2 Tbsp garlic powder
    2 Tbsp Adobo all purpose seasoning
    1.5 cups vegetable oil
    Batter:
    2 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    1 cup flour
    2 Tbsp onion powder
    2 Tbsp garlic powder
    2 Tbsp all-purpose seasoning
    Salt & pepper to taste
    1-1.5 cups water (to make pancake-like consistency)
    STEPS
    Wash and pat dry 8 chicken wings
    Season wings with dry spices until fully coated; set aside
    In a bowl, mix flour, seasoning, and water to create batter. Aim for pancake batter thickness
    Heat oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat.
    Dip wings in batter, shake off excess, and fry. Flip after 3-4 minutes. Cook until golden brown
    Drain on paper towel and let rest for 1 minute before serving.

    INGREDIENTS
    2 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    1 lb cabbage, roughly chopped
    1 cup mixed vegetables
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp all-purpose seasoning
    2 Tbsp salt (adjust to taste)
    1 whole scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
    2 Tbsp cooking oil
    STEPS
    Heat oil in a large pot over medium-low heat
    Saute onion and garlic for 1 minute, until fragrant
    Add cabbage, bell pepper, and mixed vegetables. Stir to combine
    Mix in seasonings and optional scotch bonnet for heat
    Cover and let steam for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
    Once cabbage is tender, remove from heat and serve hot

    INGREDIENTS
    2 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    1 lb ground turkey (or beef/chicken)
    1 onion, diced
    1 Tbsp jarred garlic (or 4-6 fresh cloves)
    2 Tbsp olive oil (or avocado/coconut oil)
    1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz) (or 1 fresh tomato)
    1 Tbsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    2 cups chicken broth (or beef/bone broth, or water)
    1 can beans (any kind: kidney, black, pinto)
    1 canned sweet whole kernel corn (optional)
    STEPS
    Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
    Saute onions until tender. Add garlic and FYAHOUSE Premium Jerk Seasoning & Marinade; stir until fragrant.
    Add ground turkey and cook through, breaking it apart as it browns.
    Mix in salt, pepper, chili powder & paprika.
    Add tomatoes (with juice), beans, broth, corn (optional) and any extras. Stir to combine.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce to low. Simmer partially covered until thickened.
