    FYAHOUSE JERK ROASTED CHICKEN WINGS

    INGREDIENTS
    1 Lbs. Chicken Wings (approx. 8-10 pieces)
    2 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    1 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp All-purpose Seasoning
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    STEPS
    1. Wash/clean wings - It's important to dry them REALLY well!
    2. Preheat oven to 425F degrees
    3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
    4. Season wings with dry spices until fully coated.
    5. Season with FYAHOUSE Premium Jerk Seasoning & Marinade until fully coated
    6. Rub chicken thoroughly with olive oil
    7. Arrange wings in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
    8. Bake until golden brown - approx. 40 mins, turning every 10-20 minutes. Cook time can range up to 1 hour depending on thickness of the wings
    9. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.

    INGREDIENTS
    1 Lb. Green Cabbage
    1 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    4 Medium Garlic Cloves
    1 Medium Onion
    1 Medium Bell Pepper (red, yellow, or green)
    2 Medium Carrots
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt to Taste
    Black Pepper (optional)
    STEPS
    1. Cut the cabbage in half from top down through its core. Place the cut-side down on your cutting board, then slice it as thinly as possible around the core so that you have fine ribbons. Discard the core. Transfer cut cabbage to a large mixing bowl.
    2. Finely mince garlic and place in the mixing bowl.
    3. Shred carrots and add to the mixing bowl.
    4. Slice the onion and bell pepper in thin vertical strips then add them to the mixing bowl.
    5. Add FYAHOUSE Premium Jerk Seasoning & Marinade and mix/combine everything together. Optionally season with salt.
    6. Place a medium sized pot on the stove over medium-low heat
    7. Add Olive Oil to the pot and allow it to get hot (~1-2 mins).
    8. Pour in combined ingredients and cover. Steam until tender, approximately 15-25 minutes. Stir occasionally to swap the bottom to the top.

    FYAHOUSE HONEY GARLIC JERK CHICKEN
    Succulent roasted chicken infused with the bold, smoky heat of FYAHOUSE Premium Jerk Seasoning & Marinade, perfectly balanced with a sweet and sticky glaze of golden honey and caramelized garlic.     INGREDIENTS
    3 Lbs Chicken Leg Quarters (6-7 medium pieces
    3 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 Tbsp Paprika
    2 Tbsp All-Purpose Seasoning Powder
    Garlic Honey Sauce
    2 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    1 Cup Pineapple Juice
    1/2 Cup Honey
    2 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Jerk Seasoning
    2 Tbsp Butter
    1 Tbsp Garlic Paste (5-6 garlic Clove crushed into a paste)
    1 Tsp of Corn Starch
    STEPS
    1. Clean and wash chicken. It's important to dry them REALLY well!
    2. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
    3. Season chicken with dry spices until fully coated, making sure to get under the skin if left on.
    4. Season with FYAHOUSE Premium Jerk Seasoning & Marinade until fully coated.
    5. Recommend marinade for at least 2 hours and best if overnight
    6. Coat baking tray with oil and lay chicken skin-side up.
    7. Place tray in the oven on middle rack and roast for 1 hour 45 minutes.
    8. While chicken is roasting, prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce
    8a. Place a pot over medium heat
    8b. Melt butter, then add garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute, until garlic is fragrant
    8c. Stir in FYAHOUSE Jerk Seasoning, honey, corn starch, and pineapple juice.
    8d. Bring to a boil, while stirring then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until slightly thickened
    9. At the 1 hour and 40 min mark, baste chicken generously with the garlic honey sauce and continue roasting for 5 additional minutes
    10. Remove chicken from oven and baste again generously or pour remaining sauce over chicken before serving.

    1 lb ground turkey (or beef/chicken)
    2 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    1 onion, diced
    4 fresh cloves of garlic
    2 Tbsp olive oil (or avocado/coconut oil)
    1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz) (or 1 fresh tomato)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    2 cups chicken broth (or beef/bone broth, or water)
    1 can beans (any kind: kidney, black, pinto)
    1 canned sweet whole kernel corn (optional)
    STEPS
    - Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
    - Saute onions until tender. Add garlic and FYAHOUSE Premium Jerk Seasoning & Marinade; stir until fragrant.
    - Add ground turkey and cook through, breaking it apart as it browns.
    - Mix in salt, pepper, chili powder & paprika.
    - Add tomatoes (with juice), beans, broth, corn (optional) and any extras. Stir to combine.
    - Bring to a boil, then reduce to low. Simmer partially covered until thickened.
    - Serve hot with your favorite toppings

    INGREDIENTS
    2 Lbs Chicken Boneless Thighs (skinless)
    2 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp Honey
    2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    3 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 Tbsp Paprika
    1 Tbsp Black Pepper
    3 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Jerk Seasoning
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp Browning (optional)
    Dipping Sauce:
    1 Tbsp FYAHOUSE Premioum Jerk Seasoning & Marinade
    2 Tbsp Butter
    2 Tbsp Garlic Puree
    2 Tbsp Ginger Puree
    1 Tsp Corn Starch
    1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
    1/4 Cup Honey
    1/4 Cup Ketchup
    STEPS
    1. Clean and wash chicken. It's important to dry them REALLY well!
    2. Mix Soy Sauce, Honey, Olive Oil, Browning, & FYAHOUSE Premium Jerk Seasoning – set aside.
    3. Season chicken with dry spices until fully coated
    4. Season chicken with wet seasoning from #2 until fully coded
    5. Recommend marinade for at least 2 hours and best if overnight
    6. Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
    7. Lay chicken on a baking wrack in the middle of the oven and roast for 25 minutes or longer if desired.
    8. Remove from oven and let stand for at least 5 min, then serve as-is or cut into strips.
    Dipping Sauce:
    1. Combine Soy Sauce, Honey, Corn Starch, Ketchup, and FYAHOUSE Jerk Seasoning and set aside
    2. Place pan on stove MEDIUM LOW heat
    3. Melt butter then add garlic and ginger and sauté for 5 minutes
    4. Add combined ingredients from #1 and let cook until thickened

    I love this seasoning! It’s unlike any other seasoning because you can use it alone or add other seasonings if you choose. There is a kick to it but it’s not over powering.. if you want more of a kick add more of the seasoning.. you need to try it on everything other than just meat. I definitely recommend it ..give it a try you won’t regret it

    This jerk marinade is the best I’ve tasted. So much better than Walkerswood. I grilled chicken wings and leg quarters, and they came out amazing. So flavorful, not salty and my wife loved it as well. My new go to jerk marinade. Thank you FYAHOUSE!
